分析天平的頻繁校準主要是由于環(huán)境的變化。 目前,有兩種類型的自動定位校準:

溫度觸發(fā)和時間觸發(fā)。 時間觸發(fā)就是在分析天平上設定時間,溫度觸發(fā)就是根據環(huán)境的變化進行自動校正。

這種現(xiàn)象發(fā)生的頻率主要是由于溫度波動造成的,所以要避免室內溫度波動。

保持電子衡器稱重室內的溫濕度平衡,避免氣流的強對流,避免周圍震動,避免高溫輻射。 另外,應注意避免頻繁的出入稱重機房,否則容易造成讀數(shù)不穩(wěn)。
